You are not required to register with the
ToolTopia Help Desk in order to
submit or
update help requests. Help requests can always be
submitted by email at
support@tooltopia.com or via the
ToolTopia Help Desk web portal. However, registering with the
ToolTopia Help Desk provides the following advantages.
- When submitting help requests to the ToolTopia Help Desk via the web portal, a simpler form is used as the human verification step (CAPTCHA) is not required
- You may view your current and past help requests online via the easy-to-use ToolTopia Help Desk web portal
- You may use the ToolTopia Help Desk web portal to update your help requests and launch chat with our helpful agents directly from your help request ticket
Please note that the email address you supply during checkout on the
ToolTopia retail website is suggested for use with the
ToolTopia Help Desk. However, registration with the
ToolTopia Help Desk requires that you also setup a password.
